This policy explains how fees and other payments made to Don Bosco Higher Secondary School, Tikrikilla are treated in the event of withdrawal, cancellation of admission or an error in payment.
The school fee structure for each session is available from the school office. School fees and other dues are liable to be revised at any time, and revised fees take effect on notification by the school.
Fee amounts are not published on this website so that families always receive current figures directly from the office rather than relying on an outdated page.

Charges for certificates are for the processing and issue of the document and are not refundable once the document has been prepared.
Fees are not refunded where a student:
Fines levied for late arrival after the holidays, for breach of school rules, or compensation for damage done to school property or furniture are not refundable. The decision of the Principal regarding compensation to be paid is final.
Where a payment has been made twice, or an amount has been paid in excess of what was due, please report it to the school office promptly with the receipt or transaction reference. Verified excess payments will be adjusted against future dues, or refunded, at the discretion of the school.
The school may consider a refund on compassionate or exceptional grounds. Any such decision rests with the Principal and the management of the school, and is made case by case.
