The Basic Rule

Nursery Is the Main Entry Point

New admissions are made only to the Nursery class. Admission to other classes, if any, will depend on the availability of a seat and on the competence of the student, assessed through a test and interview.

The school is open to all irrespective of caste, creed and tribe. Being a Christian institution, all students are expected to take part in the general moral formation of the school, while religious instruction proper to the Catholic faith is offered with respect for every child's background.

  • Good Conduct Certificate required for new pupils

Eligibility by Class

Age groups below are indicative for the age a child should be at the start of the session. Please confirm the exact cut-off with the school office.

Class III – V8 – 11 yearsMark sheet of the last Annual Examination showing promotion, plus test and interview.
Class VI – VIII11 – 14 yearsSatisfactory academic record and conduct. Transfer Certificate and Good Conduct Certificate required.
Class IX – X14 – 16 yearsPromotion from the previous class. Admission strictly subject to seat availability and performance in the entrance test.
Class XI16 – 17 yearsPass in Class X from MBOSE or an equivalent recognised board. Subject group allotted on marks and availability.
Class XII17 – 18 yearsPromotion from Class XI in the same subject group, with satisfactory academic and conduct record.

Conditions of Continued Enrolment

75% Attendance

A student with less than 75 per cent attendance cannot be promoted to the next class.

Two Failures

Any pupil failing two years in succession in the same class must discontinue studies in this school.

Conduct

Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, disobedience or conduct injurious to the moral tone of the school justify dismissal at any time.

Honest Information

Pupils found to have obtained admission by false representation will be dismissed and the matter reported to the Inspector of Schools.

Clear Dues

Pupils whose dues are not cleared completely will be barred from sitting for examinations, unless permitted by the Principal for due reason.

Parental Cooperation

The support and collaboration of parents is considered indispensable to the success of the education carried out by the school.
