“Spread God, The Light”

Don Bosco Higher Secondary School, Tikrikilla is a Catholic co-educational institution managed by the Diocese of Tura, under Assumption Parish, Tikrikilla, West Garo Hills. Established primarily for Catholic Christians, our gates are open to all — irrespective of caste, creed or tribe — with one aim: to impart sound education and all-round formation to every child who walks in.
Following the method taught and practised by St. John Bosco, we give particular attention to discipline and character formation alongside academics — preparing students for the HSSLC under the Meghalaya Board of School Education, in an English-medium campus of over 1,900 students and 48 teachers.

Spread God, The Light — not as a slogan on our gate, but as a way we teach, discipline and care for every child who walks through it.
Don Bosco Higher Secondary School · Tikrikilla
“Education is not merely the acquisition of knowledge or the achievement of academic excellence. It is the formation of the whole person — mind, heart, character and spirit. At Don Bosco, we strive to create a learning environment where every child is respected, encouraged and given opportunities to discover and develop his or her unique gifts.”
“Inspired by the vision of St. John Bosco, we help our students become not only successful learners but honest, responsible, compassionate and disciplined human beings, ready to face the future with confidence and hope.”
— Fr. Biju Paul
